Zugspitz Arean Bavaria-Tyrol offers challenging climbing routes and gardens for sports climbers to scale. The climbing routes are located near the valley and in the alpine terrain.
You can also climb around the Zugspitze indoors. There is a large climbing hall in Ehrwald and a boulder hall in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
For beginners, families, groups or simply for pleasure, the two climbing forests in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Bichlbach offer plenty of fun.
