FREERIDE ROUTE

Warning: Potential additive for freeriders! Do you like to travel at high speed? Then the Forest One (Thunder) & Two (Aisle) freeride route in Lermoos at the Grubigstein are exactly the right thing for you. Take the Grubigstein cableway uphill and get your heart racing with jumps, ramps and steep wall curves. From the Grubigalm, the Forest Two leads 3.3 kilometres down to the Forest one. Then the downhill trail Forest One leads 2 kilometres from the middle station in the valley, with an average gradient of 33%.

  • Ride the FOREST ONE (THUNDER) & TWO (AISLE) freeride route at your own risk.
  • Helmets, protectors and protective equipment are mandatory along the entire route.
  • Adjust your speed to your own abilities, the weather and the conditions along the trail.
  • Follow the marked routes, as riding outside of the marked route, e.g. on the hiking trails or in open areas, is prohibited.
  • Danger notices are to be observed without exception.
  • Instructions from mountain cableway staff must be obeyed.
  • Riding the route is only recommended on suitable, well-maintained freeride mountain bikes.
  • In the event of an accicent or defect, the mountain cableway does not accept any liability.
  • Accidents or other significant events must be reported immediately to the mountain cableway.
