Her special focus is on correct, anatomical posture with assistance and individual adjustments for restrictions/disorders before the asanas flow into each other. Breathing exercises and the final deep relaxation round off the practice. It's not about how flexible you are. There is a level for each posture. Gently and mindfully, you will become more flexible and agile.
By improving breathing, physical and mental strengthening and regeneration, it is also an ideal supplementary program for climbers, cyclists, runners,... . Take your personal time-out to do something good for yourself and your body!
