We brew our own beer since 2019: Unique beers, with a lot of passion and a good portion of joie de vivre. The whole thing is created exclusively with 100% organic ingredients and with honest craftsmanship. Here in our brewery in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
Our menu ranges from classic roast pork to hearty snacks. Vegetarians will also find refined delicacies with us. 100% organic. Guaranteed!

The idea of our own organic brewery was fermenting for a long time. A brewery restaurant is home. A regional beer identity. We wanted to create such a place, and offer unique and carefully made products. That’s why we eventually turned this idea into reality. With the renovation of our hotel and additional training as a beer sommelier we gained much new knowledge.
For example, that brewing is traditionally top-fermented, that an anti-foam spiral serves no physical task and that the remains of the brewing process, the so-called grains, fit perfectly into our menu. Today, we would like to give you a warm welcome! And we would be delighted, if you also enjoyed this very special place which we want to share with you.
