In 1793 the Mooskerker chapel was built on the mosspath to Ehrwald.
In the open chapel there is a baroque representation of "Christ on the Scourge Column", which dates from around 1750.
Curate Schretter had a chapel built for the statue.
It was renovated and refurbished after World War II.
